You may request deletion of your SP Recharge account and personal data at any time.
Email admin@soterpay.com or call +918001183094 from your registered mobile number with the subject "Delete My Account".
After we verify your request, your personal data is deleted within 30 days, except records we are legally required to retain (for example, transaction records for tax and regulatory compliance). Any remaining wallet balance must be withdrawn or used before deletion.
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
